Video Music Awards!

Hey hey!!! Tonight we had some celebrity guests at Camp Skyline! Some music video stars! For VMA’s each cabin creates a music video to the song of their choice and turn it in to be judged. This morning a pannel of judges gathered to review the videos and they awarded each cabin with a unique award! We had an overall winner and runner up as well.

Our overall winner for 2024 VMA’s was… THE ACIT’S!!! They created a video to the song “Be our Guest” from The Beauty and The Beast.

We guests of all kinds! We had many Barbies and Taylor Swifts. A Shrek and Donkey, Young Sheldon, the cast of Willy Wonka, and so many more creative outfits!

Tomorrow is our last day of activities for fourth session, I really feel like the past two weeks have flown by! Time flies when you are having fun! We didn’t have any rain today! It was still just a little windy and humid but it was overall a beautiful day up on the mountain!

Advanced canoeing went all the way to Desoto Falls today! They woke up early and canoed all the way there and hed breakfast by the top of the waterfall. Some tower girls had a contest today to see who could clib the wall the best blindfolded, only listening to their partner on the ground giving them instructions! It was so impressive! The LT class learned some life skills with Adam! They put air in tires and learned how to jump off a car!
