Day Nine - Movie Night!

Happy Monday! How is it day nine already?!? We have two more days of our activities before packing day and we plan to have fun the entire time of course!

We had a couple off-campus trips today! Advanced mountain bikikng and CSR left for a few hours of fun!

Mountain Biking went about 20 minutes off-campus to right over the Alabama-Georgia line to ride some trails in the deep woods! We rode trail after trail and a couple of them twice! We had a picnic lunch and hopped in the slow running river to cool off. It was so challenging and fun! Speaking of challenging… CSR went caving today! They are such brave girls! They even had to crawl on their bellies for part of the cave!

Outdoor aadventure went fishing today! With HOMEMADE fishing poles! The fish weren’t biting today but maybe next time!

Our musical theatre and set design classes are applying their finishing touches and getting ready for showtime on Wednesday night!

We are getting bullseye after bullseye in archery and riflery! Campers are so good! It doesn’t get more impressive than this!

Campers have all settled into movie night in the gym! Tonight’s movie is Shrek! Campers have an early campfire then get a drink and popcorn from Beli Deli and we start up the movie! Movie night is a much needed restful night at Camp Skyline. Don’t worry, we will hit the ground running again in the morning!
