What Mother's Day Means to a Skyline Girl

We hope all our Camp Skyline Mom’s had a wonderful Mother’s Day!

We are thankful for all of our Camp Skyline Moms. Moms, Grandmas, Aunts, and all the women in our lives wear many hats! A fun summer at Camp Skyline would not be the same without these women!

So what does Mother’s Day mean to a Skyline Girl? It’s a time to thank the women in our lives who have:

packed our trunks
washed our stinky post-camp clothes
written us letters to camp
fed our pets while we’re at camp
loaded us extra Beli Deli money
shown us all our Waldo photos
put our meds in blister packs
so much more!!!

Rachel is the Assistant Director and manages the Camp Skyline media outlets. Whether it is Instagram, Facebook,Youtube, Tiktok, The Roost, or Waldo, she is the girl behind the scenes. Rachel worked in the camp kitchen in high school and served as an intern on the media team her senior year of college. She graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2023 with a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising. Then she moved back to the mountain, her hometown, and started the best job ever!
