Opened in 1947, Camp Skyline has touched the lives of thousands of young women, girls, and a few boys as well (did you know we once had a boy camp, too?). Our founder, Eloise Hart Temple, started camp with the goal that campers will leave Skyline being “a finer girl, possessing more poise and loving others and God more than [they] ever have”. These principles might sound familiar since they encompass our current mission statement, “Enriching young girls in God, relationships, and self”. We strive to incorporate this mission into every aspect of camp each summer.
And this summer, we are excited to celebrate our 75th summer of Skyline! We would love for our camper and counselor alumnae to join in on the fun, so we are planning a special weekend just for you!
The 75th Celebration will be held October 1-3, 2021 and you must be 25 or older to attend. Save the dates are currently being sent out, so keep an eye on your mailboxes. Worried you’re not going to get a save the date? Go to our alumnae page and update your contact information. Also, share the link with your other camp friends and family!
This will be a time to reunite with Skyline gals and reminisce over those sweet summers! You’ll have the chance to be a camper once again with added perks. Dust off your trunks and come enjoy Beli Deli, camp traditions, club competitions, campfires, and more! We hope to see you there!
