IT'S HERE!!

It’s finally here!! OUR NEW WEBSITE!! I hope all of you are as excited about this as I am! We have worked long and hard for this to happen and many thanks to Nicholai, Chuck and the rest of the group at Ronningen Design! Please take your time looking through the new site and let us know what your favorite parts are. I really like all of it but the arrows that shoot across the page when clicked upon are pretty cool.

Driving to camp today, the word new kept popping in my mind. A new website is exciting and I started thinking about all the “new” experiences we have. There is nothing like the smell of a new car. I sat in Ivy’s car and just breathed in that new car smell for several minutes not long ago. We got a new ropes course last year, athletes get new equipment, dancers get new shoes and costumes, children get new pets and so on. Of course there is absolutely nothing like a new life! For all of you parents out there, there is nothing like having a child and holding her or him for the first time. It doesn’t matter how many children you have each one is special and new.

Of course thinking of this took me to the realization that the ultimate “new” is our relationship with Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLT) says, “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a NEW person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” Wow!! The ultimate new!!
